Tellescope

Use this destination when the intake should land in a Tellescope Custom Form. Setup for Forms and Protocols is in Overview & setup; below is what to pass when calling send() with destination tellescope.

Use true for lead capture (the Tellescope submission stays open). Use false or omit to close the submission — for example after payment.

Required only when more than one protocol is registered — the id of the protocol whose answers to send.

What you get back

boolean

true when Tellescope accepted the intake.

array

When the intake included photos or documents, one status per file — check that each one succeeded if uploads matter for your flow.

Confirms which Tellescope form received the intake.
